# Introduction

> Connect Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Omnisend, or Brevo so subscribers and alerts sync as contacts and events.

Integrations connect Notify Me to your email platform. Notify Me still sends the restock and price drop **alerts**. The platform receives the **subscriber** as a contact and an **event**, so you can run your own automations.

  Connecting an integration does not send the Notify Me alert for you. Keep [alert emails](/notify-me/edit-alert-emails) published in Notify Me.

## Where to find Integrations

Open **Integrations** in the Notify Me left nav, next to Widgets, Automations, Subscribers, and Settings.

Each card shows **Connect**. After you save a key, the card shows **Active** (or **Inactive** if you paused sync) and the button becomes **Manage**.

## What syncs

When the connection is **Active**:

1. A shopper becomes a **subscriber** — Notify Me upserts the contact and records a join event.
2. Notify Me sends a **back in stock** or **price drop** alert — the platform records that event on the contact.

You pick a list, audience, or tag when you connect. That is where new contacts land.

## Connect an integration

    In Notify Me, open **Integrations** and choose **Connect** on that card.

    Paste the API key, choose **Test**, then pick the list, audience, or tag.

    Choose **Save**. The card shows **Active**.
