# Popup

> Edit popup copy, form fields, style, and the success state.

The **popup** is the form shoppers see after they tap the trigger. Open **Widgets**, choose **Customize**, then use the **Popup** and **Success** tabs. Publish when you are done.

## Copy and style

Set the heading, description, placeholders, submit label, privacy text, and colors. You can change layout, size, animation, overlay, and roundness. Turn on **RTL** if your storefront reads right to left.

## Form fields

Enable the fields you want on the form:

* Email
* First name and last name
* Phone
* Variant selector
* Marketing opt-in

  Shoppers must leave an email or a phone number. If you turn both contact fields off, they cannot subscribe.

If a field is required and empty, the popup shows the matching invalid message (for example the invalid email text). If they already have a **Waiting** subscriber for that variant, they see that they are already registered.

## Success

On the **Success** tab, set the message and colors shown after a successful signup.
