# DE_150 anti-spam check

> What to do when Register domain returns DE_150 antispam validation failed.

When you choose **Register domain** in **Settings**, you may see error **DE\_150**:

> Antispam validation failed for your domain in Accounts.

That means the sending provider rejected the domain during its anti-spam check. DNS records will not appear. You cannot finish custom domain setup until this is cleared.

## What to send support

Email [support@oneclickez.com](mailto:support@oneclickez.com) with the **domain** you tried to add. The domain only is enough.

Until support clears it:

* Leave the default sender in place.
* Do not keep retrying the same domain.
* Alerts still send from `alerts@notify.hustlepops.com`.

  Shopify development stores cannot register a custom domain. That is a different limit, not DE\_150.

After the domain is allowed, return to [Add a custom domain](/notify-me/sending-domain/add-domain) and finish DNS plus **Check verification**.
