# Subscribers

> Find who signed up, read statuses, export a CSV, and check growth on the home dashboard.

Open **Subscribers** to see who asked for an alert. Search by name, email, or product. Filter by status.

## Statuses

| Status | Meaning |
| - | - |
| Waiting | Signed up. No alert sent yet. |
| Notified | The alert left. Not opened yet. |
| Opened | They opened the email and did not follow the product link. |
| Clicked | They opened the product link. |
| Bounced | The mail provider rejected the address. Further alerts to that subscriber stop. A high bounce rate hurts inbox placement. See [Deliverability best practices](/notify-me/sending-domain/deliverability). |
| Unsubscribed | They opted out. Nothing more is sent. |

If a shopper tries to subscribe again while they are still **Waiting** on that variant, the popup tells them they are already registered.

## Export CSV

Choose **Export CSV**. If the result is under 1,000 rows, the file downloads in the browser. If it is 1,000 rows or more, Notify Me emails the CSV to your Shopify contact email instead.

<Note>
  The home dashboard also shows **Revenue** and **Subscriber growth** for a date range you pick. Revenue is from orders that match notified subscribers.
