# Widgets

> Enable, customize, and publish the Back in stock and Price drop alert widgets.

Open **Widgets** in the Notify Me nav. Each widget has a knob to turn it **ON** or **OFF**, and **Customize** to edit the trigger, popup, and success state.

Shoppers only see a widget when all of these are true:

* The [app embed](/notify-me/enable-app-embed) is on
* The widget knob is **ON**
* You have chosen **Publish** (not only saved a draft)

## Publish vs draft

In the widget editor, **Publish** writes the widget to your storefront. A **Draft** badge means shoppers still see the last published version, or nothing if you have never published.

  After you publish, check a sold-out product (or a watched product for price drop) in a private browser window.
