The popup is the form shoppers see after they tap the trigger. Open Widgets, choose Customize, then use the Popup and Success tabs. Publish when you are done.

Copy and style

Set the heading, description, placeholders, submit label, privacy text, and colors. You can change layout, size, animation, overlay, and roundness. Turn on RTL if your storefront reads right to left.

Form fields

Enable the fields you want on the form:
  • Email
  • First name and last name
  • Phone
  • Variant selector
  • Marketing opt-in
Shoppers must leave an email or a phone number. If you turn both contact fields off, they cannot subscribe.
If a field is required and empty, the popup shows the matching invalid message (for example the invalid email text). If they already have a Waiting subscriber for that variant, they see that they are already registered.

On the Success tab, set the message and colors shown after a successful signup.
