Open Widgets in the Notify Me nav. Each widget has a knob to turn it ON or OFF, and Customize to edit the trigger, popup, and success state. Shoppers only see a widget when all of these are true:
  • The app embed is on
  • The widget knob is ON
  • You have chosen Publish (not only saved a draft)

Publish vs draft

In the widget editor, Publish writes the widget to your storefront. A Draft badge means shoppers still see the last published version, or nothing if you have never published.
After you publish, check a sold-out product (or a watched product for price drop) in a private browser window.
